What we collect

Your email address when you subscribe or download The Luck Manual — stored with Kit, our email provider. Your name, email, and organization when you submit the booking form. And anonymous usage analytics (pages visited, buttons clicked) via Google Analytics, which uses cookies.

Substack

The Monday letters are delivered through Substack. If you subscribe there — or subscribe here and get added to the letter list — Substack’s own privacy policy also applies.

How we use it

To send you what you asked for (The Luck Manual, the Monday letter), to reply when you write or book, and to understand which essays are worth writing more of. No selling, no renting, no spam.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works immediately. Want your data deleted entirely? Email avi@thedeliberatepause.com and it’s done.

Services we rely on

Webflow (hosting), Kit (email delivery), Substack (letters), and Google Analytics (site analytics). Each processes only what it needs to do its job.
