What is The Deliberate Pause?
Deliberate Pause is a training program I’ve designed specifically for high achievers who want to excel under pressure without sacrificing their mental and physical wellbeing.
I came from a middle-class Indian family, raised funding, built CreditVidya and Prefr, and exited both to CRED. The cost of relentless ambition at a young age was stress that turned into a slipped disc and a stroke, and it forced me to rethink what “success” actually costs.
In those years I studied what great yogis and elite athletes practice to excel: how to stay present under pressure, train your mind and body together, and build excellence that doesn’t break you.
The Deliberate Pause is the founder psychology tool nobody built for you. So I’m writing it down.
